Only score what was seen
When Claude only saw a caption, a tip shows "Not judged yet" instead of a low score.
Context
Early on, caption-only posts were capped at 4/10, so good advice looked bad just because the video wasn’t read.
Decision
A tip’s verdict score is null unless the triage saw the content itself: a transcript, on-screen text or a screenshot. Concerns still go in the reason. The phone shows “Not judged yet” with “Let your Mac watch it”, which reads that one post fully and re-triages it into the same tip.
Consequences
- Scores mean “how good is this advice”, never “how much did we see”.
- With “Read the whole post” on, unjudged tips are re-read automatically once.
