A calm clay brand instead of stock symbols
Matte clay illustrations in a five-color palette, rounded type and plain-spoken copy.
Decision
- Palette: hot pink
#FF2D7A, ink, warm paper#FBF8F4, violet, mint and coral, with dark-mode pairs. - Type: SF Rounded for headlines.
- Art: soft 3D clay pieces generated with OpenAI’s image model (the prompts are in
scripts/assets.json). Small badges are trimmed to their content so they read at icon size. - Motion: the share’s journey is the loading animation (cloud, laptop with typing dots, tip card, type badge), and everything respects Reduce Motion.
- Copy: short, specific, second person. Status words are “Waiting for your Mac”, “Reading the post”, “Writing your tip”, “Needs a look”, “Skipped”.
