Claude Code is where tips get used

Decision

/stash shows what fits the current repo and routes: a link adds a post, words search, and no argument opens a short menu.
/stash:suggest reads the repo’s CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, skills and commands, then proposes up to five combined changes (a new skill, an edit to an existing skill, a CLAUDE.md update). You pick which ones to apply.
/stash:apply <id> applies one tip as a diff, a branch or a pull request.
A SessionStart hook mentions at most three matching tips once, never interrupts your first request, and stays silent otherwise.
The deterministic CLI (plugin/dist/stash.mjs, Node 18+, no runtime dependencies) does all matching, indexing and state, so skills stay short.
